Nothing. Pay is not competitive whatsoever, benefits are terrible so can’t do nothing makes this place worth even trying out.

Everything. Leadership is a joke! There is no support whatsoever. When you bring up issues you’re the one that gets scowled at. You are expected to keep unethical and immoral things silent (including sexual harassment) as it’s nothing but an inconvenience to them. This company just wants people to point fingers at. The drama is constant and never ending. People are given special treatment (better pay/ promotions/extra days off, etc) based on who their friends with and who’s butt they kiss. In all honesty, this was the worst company I have ever had the displeasure of working for. If I could give negative stars I would.

flexible schedule. unlimited PTO. never a shortage of work. if you work for a unit with a good manager, that's all you need,

the flexible schedule is also a con. they call you at 6 am and 11 pm about things that can absolutely wait. the unlimited PTO is also a con, they do this so they don't have to pay you out when you leave or remove you, they also don't really let you take off as much time as you want. upper management, the VPs and DPs are nightmares. terrible people that are totally disconnected from the mission and the "corporate culture." they push acceptance at the unit level, and then upper leadership doesn't listen to it at all. The VPS and presidents like to take the CEO out drinking and they all love to party.
