Management loves to play the disappearing act, they're never there when we have problems which is everyday. They leave work early and come in late but expect us to be their on time. When your first get hired they managers will talk and be friendly but once you been there for a couple of months its like they don't even know you and ignore you. I am constantly nitpicked for everything I do, being yelled at by patients and nurses who speak down to me like I am nothing. The rules changing every month,. Covid, now Covid is a big issue where I am work, they never clean, several employees including myself have been out because of this places carelessness, They don't care about workers health and they sure as heck don't care about patients. Who doesn't clean an office after half their staff gets sick with Covid? I literally had a manager tell us to keep our masks on because they never cleaned the office. They also allow sick positive covid employees to bring food to patients. Also people either get hired leave within a few weeks or months, or they stay for years, usually managers never associates. I don't recommend unless you're super desperate for a job and or want to get your foot into the door.

flexible schedule. unlimited PTO. never a shortage of work. if you work for a unit with a good manager, that's all you need,

the flexible schedule is also a con. they call you at 6 am and 11 pm about things that can absolutely wait. the unlimited PTO is also a con, they do this so they don't have to pay you out when you leave or remove you, they also don't really let you take off as much time as you want. upper management, the VPs and DPs are nightmares. terrible people that are totally disconnected from the mission and the "corporate culture." they push acceptance at the unit level, and then upper leadership doesn't listen to it at all. The VPS and presidents like to take the CEO out drinking and they all love to party.
