The company, as a whole, seems utterly chaotic and disorganized. The corporate mandates feel more like busy work rather than satisfiers for patients. Upward mobility is not based on talent but rather based on whether or not upper management likes you. Compensation is a joke. Annual raises, even at maximum capacity, do not adjust with inflation. Year over year, employees buying power reduces due to a stalled mentality of 5% or less. In my time with the company, I have seen myself fall from lower middle class to poverty. If you are looking to be thanked by any level of management for going above and beyond, think again. The RDO levels do not care about anything but results and paper pushing. Knowing what I know about the company now, I would likely have avoided them all together.

flexible schedule. unlimited PTO. never a shortage of work. if you work for a unit with a good manager, that's all you need,

the flexible schedule is also a con. they call you at 6 am and 11 pm about things that can absolutely wait. the unlimited PTO is also a con, they do this so they don't have to pay you out when you leave or remove you, they also don't really let you take off as much time as you want. upper management, the VPs and DPs are nightmares. terrible people that are totally disconnected from the mission and the "corporate culture." they push acceptance at the unit level, and then upper leadership doesn't listen to it at all. The VPS and presidents like to take the CEO out drinking and they all love to party.
