- toxic and rude management / staff - company doesn't uphold their values towards their staff (wellbeing seems to be a privilege for the paying members only - the members (AKA the top 1% of society) aren't friendly and more often than not barely even pleasant towards some staff - 14hr shift with a 30 minute break - bad staff food - poor workplace culture, from the top GUY down (if you know you know)
Lack of communication, not always clear on house rules as visible double standards. Managers seem to be void of blame but lower down sometimes get over worked for less money but take a lot of the blame.
