      There are not much good reasons to work at Morton Salt as the favoritism is so real and pay goes with that as well.

      Horrible disconnect in miscommunication. Company with favoritism all the way around. They do not value employees.

      Thank you for your feedback. Morton Salt now has pay for performance with midyear and end-of-year reviews to ensure that everyone is being evaluated equally based on performance. This creates a fair and results driven environment at Morton Salt.
