The overall culture is deeply toxic. Employees frequently display abrasive and hostile behaviour, creating a consistently negative atmosphere. Operations management in particular engages in overt bullying and intimidation, with no regard for professionalism or staff wellbeing. A strong blame culture dominates, where individuals are publicly criticised rather than supported. The environment is unpleasant and psychologically unsafe, and the conduct of the people working there makes it an extremely uncomfortable place to be. There is constant behind‑the‑scenes drama, fostering distrust and conflict instead of collaboration. There is no meaningful pastoral support, and HR repeatedly fails to follow even the most basic processes—mirroring the lack of accountability in management. This is a workplace that will drain you of your time, energy, and knowledge, and give absolutely nothing in return.
