      Der Hotel-Manager achtet nur auf das Geld. Die Technik am FO funktioniert nicht richtig bzw ist veraltet und dadurch langsam. Die Kommunikation zwischen Front und Back-Office funktioniert nicht und man wird für Dinge angeschauts für die man nichts kann. Eine ehemalige Kollegin hat wegen einer anderen Mitarbeiterin fast täglich im Dienst geweint, unternommen wurde nichts weil man die Person nicht ändern kann "die ist halt so" .

      Flexible time, depending on who you work with you will have a friendly atmosphere; you don’t need to speak french or dutch, they are ok with English

      Management can be bad and ignore what its employees need; late shift; hectic shifts specially when colleagues are sick and they can’t find replacement on time
