It's clear from day 1 that the Executive Team prioritizes the well-being of its employees and strives to create an enjoyable and engaging work environment.

There's honestly little I would change about Motiv. Like any company, it's not perfect, but they actively work on improving any issues that arise.

•Talented coworkers who genuinely care about doing good work •Competitive benefits and profit-sharing structure •Leadership communicates frequently and emphasizes transparency (in theory)

• Day-to-day experience didn’t align with “employee-first” messaging • Office politics and favoritism were noticeable • Growth and compensation expectations set during hiring weren’t consistently honored • Employee feedback and process improvement ideas were often ignored • Employees were expected to excel with limited support or empowerment • Terminations felt sudden and lacked transparency • Some employees were terminated without clear cause shortly before using pre-approved PTO, resulting in lost earned time off and missed paid holiday closures
