- The boss can be verbally harsh at times, and the environment feels very dependent on his mood. It often feels like we have to constantly gauge whether it’s a “good day” or not before speaking. - Meetings are frequently delayed by 1–3 hours, which shows a lack of respect for others’ time and poor time management. - Hiring practices don’t always seem to prioritise skills or experience, which can be demotivating for the team. - There are many more issues that could be mentioned, but I’ll leave it here for now so as not to overwhelm new joiners.
