Worst job/manager I ever had - Recensione dipendente - PRS presso Mott MacDonald

In my short time here, I encountered some great people, and saw many opportunities at Mott MacDonald. Unfortunately, the problem was within the department I worked . The manager is condescending, belittling, and overall just a bully. The training process was fast and furious, with absolutely no patience or allowance for a learning curve. I have never experienced such unprofessional behavior from a supervisor. I would get reprimanded daily, hung up on, as well as questioned about my ability to do my job. I have 20+ years of payroll experience but this position is mostly just manipulation of spreadsheets versus processing of payroll. HR was notified on several occasions. Though they heard me out, no action was ever taken that I am aware of, even though documentation was provided. Shortly after my complaints were made, the manager began to not speak to me at all and moved my desk out of the office in an attempt to isolate me. Two weeks later, after working a normal Monday I was emailed to not return with no explanation.  I feel like I was robbed of an opportunity with a great company because of one bad manager.
