It is a training company which will help u get job to a good company

1. Mentors during your training are just for timepass there they doesn't help u at all they are just there to say do work and take your review based on work they give. 2. Your coding skills matter very less here they just want you to have good communication skills mainly. They will remove u if you have good coding skill but bad communication skills. 3.Mentors are very bad if you say anything you don't like they will hold grudge against you

It is good company to work in beginning of career.
