Management does not treat all employees fairly, if they(she) do not like you, you will not be treated right and will make it difficult to work together as a team. One of the most unprofessional superviser's I've ever worked with. Hires unqualified firends and family, this leads to the rest having to work harder while some are taking 2 hours lunches and playing on the internet. Here it's not how hard you work but who's but you kiss up too, that's the only way to get ahead here.
