      Stable paycheck , coworkers, and 401k

      Their automated machines (VLMs) are not fast enough for the quotas set by management. This is the first company I have worked for that writes you up for being sick and with a legit doctors note. Also, nobody will use the "open communication policy" because management will retaliate . And after working here for 9 years this company has never been supportive or engaging to create a good working environment for order pullers .

      Great work life balance, easy going people, smart and driven leaders, and gym/restaurant on campus is a nice perk. If you work hard career opportunities are there.

      Pay and benefits are below industry standard. Medical leaves is bare minimum, out of pocket benefits are the highest I’ve ever paid, and raises don’t keep up with inflation. If they addressed this, this company would be one of the best in dfw.
