      The people I worked with were very personable, intelligent, and superior in their job sets.

      Upper level management that bullies their staff. They scream in meetings, put you down in front of your peers and managers; they think this behavior is professional and acceptable.

      Great work life balance, easy going people, smart and driven leaders, and gym/restaurant on campus is a nice perk. If you work hard career opportunities are there.

      Pay and benefits are below industry standard. Medical leaves is bare minimum, out of pocket benefits are the highest I’ve ever paid, and raises don’t keep up with inflation. If they addressed this, this company would be one of the best in dfw.
