      Management's "big picture" was included with explanations for goals and quotas. Wonderful support of the management team. My dept. had a very family-like atmosphere - we all helped and supported each other and other depts. when needed.

      Silly meetings - basically time wasting meetings for awards, etc. that didn't relate to my department and took away valuable time I could have used to meet my daily quotas.

      Great work life balance, easy going people, smart and driven leaders, and gym/restaurant on campus is a nice perk. If you work hard career opportunities are there.

      Pay and benefits are below industry standard. Medical leaves is bare minimum, out of pocket benefits are the highest I’ve ever paid, and raises don’t keep up with inflation. If they addressed this, this company would be one of the best in dfw.
