      they have favorites as in they pick and choose who does good and who dosent by their personalities and not thier work certain managers were racist against employees their insurance has low coverage and very high deductibles............they also will set you up for failure if you are not a favorite so they can fire you also Raises are impossible if not a favorite!

      Great work life balance, easy going people, smart and driven leaders, and gym/restaurant on campus is a nice perk. If you work hard career opportunities are there.

      Pay and benefits are below industry standard. Medical leaves is bare minimum, out of pocket benefits are the highest I’ve ever paid, and raises don’t keep up with inflation. If they addressed this, this company would be one of the best in dfw.
