      Very poor management lots of favoritism. Supervisors and managers are two faces treat there employee like a yoyo . Too many people acting up like supervisor. You can't get pto without them approving it either your allowed to or not. You get written up when your sick even you have a doctors note. Very poor management

      Great work life balance, easy going people, smart and driven leaders, and gym/restaurant on campus is a nice perk. If you work hard career opportunities are there.

      Pay and benefits are below industry standard. Medical leaves is bare minimum, out of pocket benefits are the highest I’ve ever paid, and raises don’t keep up with inflation. If they addressed this, this company would be one of the best in dfw.
