      Interesting industry, plenty of things to learn, co-workers are great.

      Pay is NOT competitive, management and HR says how valued you are but does little more than talk about it. Human Resources department seems biased to rewarding and accommodating women over men.

      Great work life balance, easy going people, smart and driven leaders, and gym/restaurant on campus is a nice perk. If you work hard career opportunities are there.

      Pay and benefits are below industry standard. Medical leaves is bare minimum, out of pocket benefits are the highest I’ve ever paid, and raises don’t keep up with inflation. If they addressed this, this company would be one of the best in dfw.
