      Good benefits and great hours

      Their payscale is not a fair wage for work done. The early shift 5am to 2pm does twice the work as the 11:30am to 8:30pm shift and gets significantly paid less because the late shift is considered a less desirable shift. They real you in with 13 dollers and hour and take it away when you switch shifts that require you to do more work but better accommodate your family.

      Great work life balance, easy going people, smart and driven leaders, and gym/restaurant on campus is a nice perk. If you work hard career opportunities are there.

      Pay and benefits are below industry standard. Medical leaves is bare minimum, out of pocket benefits are the highest I’ve ever paid, and raises don’t keep up with inflation. If they addressed this, this company would be one of the best in dfw.
