Cubical Farm, Canned meetings from most management where if you don't know if they actually have your back or if they just say things to give you hope and keep you where you are; It's very hard to tell * Finally, there is just something "off" about the everyday feel and culture of a typical workday: nobody goes to lunch together, some employees are like zombies and not very sociable, it's like people are there because they HAVE to be there and not 100% want to be. I can't put my finger on it but whatever it is trickles down from management whose is very elusive. You rarely see them out of their office areas. It's really weird.
