      Excellent business model, solid and honest senior leadership and continued growth due to success of the company.

      Salary structure is OK but not the highest pay in the industry. But this is fairly offset by the security of employment. Mouser continues to be successful resulting in no loss of jobs.

      Great work life balance, easy going people, smart and driven leaders, and gym/restaurant on campus is a nice perk. If you work hard career opportunities are there.

      Pay and benefits are below industry standard. Medical leaves is bare minimum, out of pocket benefits are the highest I’ve ever paid, and raises don’t keep up with inflation. If they addressed this, this company would be one of the best in dfw.
