      Standard warehouse job, fairly easy but mind numbing work. Facility is nice a sandwich shop inside and lots of food places nearby. There's also a gym attached although I usually end up too tired to go anyway.

      Svantaggi

      Always have the number quota looming over your head which causes some employees to be super cutthroat about getting their workload. Forced overtime kind of sucks with the mandatory Monday OT and sometimes a required Saturday.

      Great work life balance, easy going people, smart and driven leaders, and gym/restaurant on campus is a nice perk. If you work hard career opportunities are there.

      Pay and benefits are below industry standard. Medical leaves is bare minimum, out of pocket benefits are the highest I’ve ever paid, and raises don’t keep up with inflation. If they addressed this, this company would be one of the best in dfw.
