A sweatshop environment with ethnic special treatment positions. Some warehouse jobs are a piece of cake. Some positions are very physically demanding. The report cards are not necessary. In my department it was mandatory to work overtime and on holidays. There were threats for those who did not comply. I always worked when they ask me to.
