      Lot's of great intelligent people to surround yourself if you know where to look.

      Very limited upward mobility and pay increase for women specifically - the csuite is a boys club. Micromanagement and many levels to break through to get any work out the door.

      Great work life balance, easy going people, smart and driven leaders, and gym/restaurant on campus is a nice perk. If you work hard career opportunities are there.

      Pay and benefits are below industry standard. Medical leaves is bare minimum, out of pocket benefits are the highest I’ve ever paid, and raises don’t keep up with inflation. If they addressed this, this company would be one of the best in dfw.
