      The company continues to grow every year, regardless of market conditions. Strong business model/strategy and a very good executive team leadership keep this company laser focused on what matters.

      With the growth comes some growing pains. It can be difficult to hire/retain enough good talent to keep up with the success. Compensation has continued to improve but still has some catching up to do.

      Great work life balance, easy going people, smart and driven leaders, and gym/restaurant on campus is a nice perk. If you work hard career opportunities are there.

      Pay and benefits are below industry standard. Medical leaves is bare minimum, out of pocket benefits are the highest I’ve ever paid, and raises don’t keep up with inflation. If they addressed this, this company would be one of the best in dfw.

      Relaxed atmosphere, not too much of a blame culture, company at least claims to value good DevOps procedures and is slowly working toward a more modernized stack; you can feel fairly secure in your employment; lots of PTO days after you’ve been there a while

      Inconsistent hiring practices between headquarters and overseas teams, specifically India teams; slow promotions; unnecessarily rigid about the three days a week in office
