Its frowned upon to offer a new or better way for doing anything despite what you are told during the interview process. This is due to the old school leaders feeling they created something and it must be the best way. Pathetic, old school management with no forward thinking and absolutely close mindedness in every aspect. Unless you are a complete "yes man" with no mind of your own - likely no chance of success at Mouser. The 1 star I gave is only due to that being the lowest possible rating. They deserve 0.
