      Mouser has a decent business plan with good margins and positive revenue year over year. I sourced and recruited a lot of great people during my tenure and was a key player in helping them achieve their stretch goal.

      Terrible management that lack fresh ideas. Some top level managers need to go do something else, been there too long. And yes, I concur that it is a good ole boys network.

      Great work life balance, easy going people, smart and driven leaders, and gym/restaurant on campus is a nice perk. If you work hard career opportunities are there.

      Pay and benefits are below industry standard. Medical leaves is bare minimum, out of pocket benefits are the highest I’ve ever paid, and raises don’t keep up with inflation. If they addressed this, this company would be one of the best in dfw.
