      Growing to quick, not enough time in a day to feel that you got what should be done. Also underpaid all over depts. Instead of giving out a shirt every year why not add funds to employees that work hard and play hard.

      Great work life balance, easy going people, smart and driven leaders, and gym/restaurant on campus is a nice perk. If you work hard career opportunities are there.

      Pay and benefits are below industry standard. Medical leaves is bare minimum, out of pocket benefits are the highest I’ve ever paid, and raises don’t keep up with inflation. If they addressed this, this company would be one of the best in dfw.
