      Management has poor communication skills, 0 game plan on changes, and almost no consistency between management knowledge and workload. 90% of the issues they experience here is because of their lack of communication and training.

      Great work life balance, easy going people, smart and driven leaders, and gym/restaurant on campus is a nice perk. If you work hard career opportunities are there.

      Pay and benefits are below industry standard. Medical leaves is bare minimum, out of pocket benefits are the highest I’ve ever paid, and raises don’t keep up with inflation. If they addressed this, this company would be one of the best in dfw.
