      Free t-shirts, sometimes company "dangles a carrot" by providing free lunches. Casual dress allowed. Some employees are genuinely nice and others are just pretending to be nice.

      Ohhhh - funny how Mouser comments only on glowing BS reviews and do not acknowledge/comment/admit/address concerns in how they could actually improve and admit there are weaknesses/faults in management/H.R. performance and they will look into complaints/concerns and try to change for the better.

      Great work life balance, easy going people, smart and driven leaders, and gym/restaurant on campus is a nice perk. If you work hard career opportunities are there.

      Pay and benefits are below industry standard. Medical leaves is bare minimum, out of pocket benefits are the highest I’ve ever paid, and raises don’t keep up with inflation. If they addressed this, this company would be one of the best in dfw.
