      This is one of those companies that only cares about what will further the company, and do not care about their employees. Promotions are only available to those who know the right "behinds" to kiss. Lots of favoritism.

      Great work life balance, easy going people, smart and driven leaders, and gym/restaurant on campus is a nice perk. If you work hard career opportunities are there.

      Pay and benefits are below industry standard. Medical leaves is bare minimum, out of pocket benefits are the highest I’ve ever paid, and raises don’t keep up with inflation. If they addressed this, this company would be one of the best in dfw.
