      Mouser Culture is definitely what keeps people here. They are amazing at hiring not just to fill a hole. They intentionally hire people that will fit in the culture alongside experience and skill sets. Management is also incredibly well trained and poured into to make sure they are managing in effective ways that are not draining to their teams.

      Its a cubicle job so if you like to move around you may need to intentionally get up to take a walk occasionally.

      Great work life balance, easy going people, smart and driven leaders, and gym/restaurant on campus is a nice perk. If you work hard career opportunities are there.

      Pay and benefits are below industry standard. Medical leaves is bare minimum, out of pocket benefits are the highest I’ve ever paid, and raises don’t keep up with inflation. If they addressed this, this company would be one of the best in dfw.

      Relaxed atmosphere, not too much of a blame culture, company at least claims to value good DevOps procedures and is slowly working toward a more modernized stack; you can feel fairly secure in your employment; lots of PTO days after you’ve been there a while

      Inconsistent hiring practices between headquarters and overseas teams, specifically India teams; slow promotions; unnecessarily rigid about the three days a week in office
