      Management is open to new ideas , we have a chance to innovate and bring in new ideas. Job security is good , I didnt had to look back often to think if the company is gonna fire me for no reason .

      pay is very less than what you get in the market for your experience .

      Great work life balance, easy going people, smart and driven leaders, and gym/restaurant on campus is a nice perk. If you work hard career opportunities are there.

      Pay and benefits are below industry standard. Medical leaves is bare minimum, out of pocket benefits are the highest I’ve ever paid, and raises don’t keep up with inflation. If they addressed this, this company would be one of the best in dfw.
