      Certain people in that warehouse get away with almost anything. Management is awful. They will treat you well for the first year. Constantly training new people because of the large turnover. Have to work 10 hour days and there isn’t enough work.

      Great work life balance, easy going people, smart and driven leaders, and gym/restaurant on campus is a nice perk. If you work hard career opportunities are there.

      Pay and benefits are below industry standard. Medical leaves is bare minimum, out of pocket benefits are the highest I’ve ever paid, and raises don’t keep up with inflation. If they addressed this, this company would be one of the best in dfw.
