      Hybrid work with good manager and interesting problems to solve.

      Business side of Mouser wants things done faster than estimates which can be stressful in some situations. My manager was good at protecting his developers though.

      Great work life balance, easy going people, smart and driven leaders, and gym/restaurant on campus is a nice perk. If you work hard career opportunities are there.

      Pay and benefits are below industry standard. Medical leaves is bare minimum, out of pocket benefits are the highest I’ve ever paid, and raises don’t keep up with inflation. If they addressed this, this company would be one of the best in dfw.
