      They are starting to expand their benefits package to be more competitive with other employers, however it's still below average in the industry and for the greater DFW metroplex.

      Svantaggi

      Pay is in the bottom 25% of similar jobs in the metroplex. Career growth is limited. The current management team expects you to put work before spouse, kids, and other aspects of your life, not just during typical work hours, but all the time.

      Great work life balance, easy going people, smart and driven leaders, and gym/restaurant on campus is a nice perk. If you work hard career opportunities are there.

      Pay and benefits are below industry standard. Medical leaves is bare minimum, out of pocket benefits are the highest I’ve ever paid, and raises don’t keep up with inflation. If they addressed this, this company would be one of the best in dfw.
