      The managers hound you on numbers, but once you get the numbers, they have you on something else related to how you got the numbers as in order picking numbers

      Thank you for sharing your feedback. Mouser does have an internal warehouse process to assess performance to help guide internal employee growth within the organization.

      Great work life balance, easy going people, smart and driven leaders, and gym/restaurant on campus is a nice perk. If you work hard career opportunities are there.

      Pay and benefits are below industry standard. Medical leaves is bare minimum, out of pocket benefits are the highest I’ve ever paid, and raises don’t keep up with inflation. If they addressed this, this company would be one of the best in dfw.
