Vantaggi
Nothing as such except the 3 months training.
Svantaggi
Shift is very bad. (No allowance for it) Work life balance wont be there. Lack of management skills to the managers and TLs. Support engineers are not respected properly. They want their employees to work at any circumstances despite their personal issues and concerns. You will have your leaves but cant take it even if you are sick. Cafeteria is very bad. Even for each break, you need to pull you TLs back since its a call centre. All projects are prettymuch same. Netgear is the worst of the worsts. I wouldnt suggest it even to my worst ememy. I forgot something . 6th day work is mandatory and you wont be informed about it in the interview. They will say, if there is a business requirement, you will be requested to work OT. But the truth is, you have to work. They will say its called double pay, but they will pay you one day’s normal pay. If you ask about it, they will give you a short story where you will end up saying, “Please leave it , I dont want your money”. If you think of talking with HR, people from operations join the call and they will answer your question. You will end up with an headache since you wanted a meeting with HR. If you have any meetings or HR connects or trainings , dont be happy. You need to extend your shift and work . So its the best you work with! Cheers Disclaimer: i worked there for only 4 months where 3 months training (chilled) and one month of production. I have gone through these many things only in that one month!!!
