Pays well for non-profit work / nothing glamorous but they really walk the walk Company culture of care is sincere and accountable Exec Dir is incredibly humble & self aware Remote work available for most team members

Lack of structure Scope of work constantly changing (also a pro because it keeps things interesting, but it can be hard to nail down an exact job description sometimes) Culture of urgency that comes with electoral work can be incredibly stressful
