Toxic work environment in some well known sites that HR struggles to fix. High turnover due to workplace toxicity, micromanagement. Low wages for the kind of work (camp shift where employees have to cook their own meals and clean up camp building in remote locations, working outdoors in Pacific Northwest weather for extended hours). IT sucks, poor and limited internet access depending on the camp sites.
