- Mozzers want to see each other succeed and want to help and contribute wherever they can - Benefits are very good and flexible work schedules are encouraged - Leaders / managers genuinely care about the well being of employees - Opportunities to work on new technologies and try out new ideas

Svantaggi

- Teams tend to have their own processes and technology stacks which makes cross team communication and planning difficult - revenue growth is just 'ok'; would love to see that start growing in leaps and bounds rather that inches - decisions around goals and directions can be a painfully slow process

Strong autonomy, interesting projects, good relationships with coworkers, plenty of room to grow internally, learning opportunities, remote work friendly, high pay for my field when I worked there.

Svantaggi

Overwork, very low respect from corporate, low transparency from corporate, repeated layoffs damaging morale, hollowing out of unique benefits made overall package less competitive, Ziff Davis slowly killing a once great company.
