We appreciate you sharing this feedback, even though it is hard to hear and I wish your experience at Moz was different. We appreciate you mentioning the things that are obvious strengths. We have a culture that we continue to evolve and focus on, and incredible benefits and employee programs that recognize and support the whole person coming to work each day. We have sizable revenue and have been profitable for the past several years. We%E2%80%99re proud of how far we have come, but not satisfied. We have a lot more to do!You mentioned a couple of areas that we are working on at Moz. We are pushing for greater accountability, collaboration and focus. We have a newly formed executive team, with several new team members, including a new Vice President of Product with significant industry experience.
