The people outside of management are like family.

No pay raises, only 5 days vacation per year and no sick days, no promotional opportunities. The office is also constantly being bought/sold by different companies, Mphasis just happens to be the most recent one. Previous owners were HPE, Adecco, Modis, DXC, and now Mphasis. << That ownership change was just within 2 I have been here
