I don't want to remember the day when i took the decision to join this company when i had better offers in hand. Those who are looking for jobs in US, kindly avoid this company for small term benefits. The job security is zero. The management will put you in a situation where the only option will be to go back to your own country if you are on H1. This company is not for the families who have location constraint. In a short notice of 10 days, they throw you out. They gave me less than 3 weeks on bench in which they literally did nothing to find a project for me. Got to know that this is common experience in US by many of my MPhasis friends. The management treats you like computers who are meant for use and once they are of no use, they dispose. I strongly advice not to join this company if you are looking for long term full times. On top of everything, they hardly have 3-4 clients across US. And that too, their command is not on the entire accounts. With current situation in US, 1 month of time is too less to find an employer and a job so think 100 times before you take MPhasis offer. They don't give even 1 month time on bench in US. Highly recommend and advice to join big companies or very small consultancies who can help you finding job rather than joining MPhasis.
