1)WRONG HR policy(they say winning culture it means for the profit of company,BAD for employees) 2)BAD compensation compard to other comapnies.When asked about a similar issue MR:AYYAr(CEO) said to an employee in an ipen house"Why cant you then join another company" =>ATTITUDE 3)No salray revision for next 2 years 4)No growth of carrer,no recognisation & favourism 5)Company says open door policy,but for 3 years i am able to find only clossed door policy 6)Day by day company becoming cheap in their policies. 7)NEVER start your carrer in MPHASIS(depends)
