This company is totally capable of screwing up all your aspirations, ambitions and everything you got in life. There are no set processes in the company, nobody knows how to do things or how things were done till date. Believe me, everything is a mess and grossly people dependent. If a particular Mr. X falls sick one fine morning, the CEO of the company can have a hard time since nobody knows what he does or how he does things. Senior management is very short-sighted and everyday is a fire-fighting day for you. In a nutshell, the company runs on exceptions and make-shift arrangements.
