1 ) Salary is one the biggest concern as of today it is not @ par with other companies. 2 ) Promotion is another major concern as about 30% of employees in Mphasis BPO today are 4+ years and still are not able to make it to Leader Level. Reasons are :- A ) Lack of opportunities. B ) Too much of Politics by Leaders (Management Team). 3 ) Appraisal are not conducted in proper manner. Most of the 5 Rater are those who know Management or have good Rapport with Management Team.
