      When there’s plenty of work to keep multiple techs busy the pay is good. Slow time of year October , November they bring on another tech and your hours are really cut back.

      Sliding pay scale, anything less than 30 hrs. A week your pay drops as much as 10.00 per hour and your bonuses are based on customer feed back and there’s no documentation to verify feed back. You are made a lot of promises and they are not honored. You have no control of how many hours you work. Schedulers divide the little work there is between 4 techs. Lucky to get 20 hrs. A week

      Amazing work life balance. Working by yourself, perfect for the divergent people. Company van with gas paid for starting day 1 that you get to take home daily. Penny (owner) is amazing and the best boss.

      Small company so health insurance is very pricy (125.00 per paycheck).

      Boss fights to have solid employees, no poisonous attitudes, great pay and benefits, office staff is supportive and very good at what they do.

      The only major one is that this is a “road life” job. It’s not for everyone, but it’s what I’ve done for nearly two decades so I am used to it.
