      No health insurance only health reimbursement account. Occasionally late days. Scheduled jobs sometimes get canceled or don’t work out which cuts into your paycheck

      Amazing work life balance. Working by yourself, perfect for the divergent people. Company van with gas paid for starting day 1 that you get to take home daily. Penny (owner) is amazing and the best boss.

      Small company so health insurance is very pricy (125.00 per paycheck).

      Boss fights to have solid employees, no poisonous attitudes, great pay and benefits, office staff is supportive and very good at what they do.

      The only major one is that this is a “road life” job. It’s not for everyone, but it’s what I’ve done for nearly two decades so I am used to it.
