Wages are based on how many projects you can complete in a day.sourcing material time(significant!),travel to and between customer locations and 2 1/2 hr Monday morning team meetings are all unpaid.Also unpaid is any recalls on your work, in fact they will deduct the recall cost from your wages if another technician is sent. In my case they had insufficient business to keep me busy so I couldn't make a decent wage.when I said I was leaving in 2 days the owner promptly took the van keys ,ushered me out the door like a criminal and called an uber to bring me home. I had to return later in my own car to pick up my tools under the supervision of the office manager . 1 week later 469 dollars was deposited into my account (for 2 weeks work). Make up your own mind if you want to work for this Cowboy!
